Terms & Conditions

Please be aware of the rules which you accept on enrolment:

• There are no refunds for missed classes. Classes postponed by the Parents Association will be added at the end of term

• There will be no classes during mid-term break or any other date the school is officially closed

• Please note that all classes are run dependent on minimum numbers, teacher availability and supervision cover. We will notify you if a class does not go ahead and issue a full refund

• As with previous years, please note that the PA insurance is Liability only. This does not cover children for accidental injury (bodily or dental) incurred during classes

• Children should not be left unattended to wait for an after-school activity to start. Children may be brought to after school activities directly if necessary from the after-school club (1.30 – 2.30) and the home work club (2.30 – 3.30) also available within the school

• For health and safety reasons, parents/guardians are not allowed beyond the school reception. All children will be collected by teachers from reception and returned to reception after classes


Once you have booked your classes online, please make a bank transfer immediately for your total bill, leaving your ORDER NUMBER as the reference. If you have multiple orders please state EACH order number as the reference on your bank transfer. Please use ORDER NUMBERS only. Do NOT include child name or mobile number as the reference.

If the Parent’s Association members looking after the afterschool process are unable to match the payment with each order, the order will be cancelled and you will lose your place.
